Day 1: Europe Quito
Upon arrival, your guide/driver will greet you and take you to your hotel located in the colonial center. We will take an initial excursion to visit part of the historic center and the Calle de la Ronda. Rest.
Day 2: Visit Quito
After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, your guide will meet you at the hotel entrance for a walking tour. Guided tour of Quito: white houses, cobblestone streets, patios, and magnificent churches (La Compañía, Cathedral, Alabado Museum, San Francisco, Basilica, Panecillo).
Lunch at a traditional restaurant. A sensory meal to begin this exploration of Ecuador through sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch. Experience different flavors and unique encounters with the Ecuadorian people.
Our special touch: the sensory meal is organized with people with mild disabilities. They will demonstrate sensitivity and help you develop your senses.
In the evening, weather permitting: a light dinner at Vista Hermosa with one of the most beautiful views of the capital. If the weather is not favorable, we will go to a lovely traditional restaurant.
Day 3: Mitad Del Mundo & Otavalo
Breakfast at the hotel. Excursion to the 0°0’0’’ latitude monument, followed by a visit to Otavalo and its artisan market. A stroll around Cuicocha Lagoon and a visit to Cotacachi, the leather capital. Transfer to your Pondo Wasi community lodge.
Traditional regional lunch.
In the evening: aperitifs by the fire in a local community. Preparation of "ají" hot sauce with Ecuadorian chilies, corn tortillas, and a short performance of traditional community music.
Our special touch: sharing with an indigenous family to learn the secrets of medicinal plants and ancestral craft techniques.
Day 4: Pondo Wasi & Mindo
Indigenous-style breakfast. Preparation of a traditional Inca dish, Pachamanca (cooked with volcanic stones), with the community. While our meal is being prepared, you will hike to Cubilche Lagoon. Upon your return, enjoy our meal. Preparation for departure.
After lunch, around 2:30/3:00 PM, departure for Nono or, depending on the weather, to Mindo: birdwatching, yoga, or an immersive nature experience at Casa Doris.
Our special touch: ancestral ceremony, cooking workshop, and participation in tree planting to ensure the reforestation of the region. This activity is carried out with farmers and children from the local school in Nono.
Day 5: Mindo
After a delicious breakfast, we'll spend a day immersed in nature, observing birds and discovering local flora at a private hacienda. Or, we'll hike the waterfall trail in Mindo. We'll trek through semi-tropical forests, observing birds, orchids, and butterflies.
Workshops focused on cacao: planting, preparing and tasting cacao liqueur, chocolate bars, and chocolate honey.
Our highlight: hummingbird watching and our first immersion in the semi-tropical forest. We'll present our environmental protection projects and enjoy a chocolate massage for a unique sensory experience.
Day 6: Mindo Cotopaxi
Drive to Cotopaxi National Park (5,897 m), dominated by the world's highest active volcano (5,897 m). Hike, stroll around the lagoons, or go horseback riding.
Our highlight: a visit to a rose garden and a rose liqueur workshop.
Day 7: Cotopaxi Quilotoa Baños

Day 8: Baños & Patate
A walk among waterfalls and gorges, including the famous "Devil's Pan." Escape to “Patate”.
Our highlight: a visit to a family-run distillery and tasting of fruits transformed into liqueurs. Weather permitting, a sugarcane workshop (a regional specialty).
Day 9: Baños – Amazonía
Transfer by canoe to your lodge deep in the jungle. Immerse yourself in local communities: traditional meals, dances, shamanic rituals, and the preparation of Amazonian chocolate.
Our highlight: a culinary experience with a blowgun workshop and a river bath. Shamanic experience – a wall of colorful parrots and a cooking workshop.
Day 10: Amazonie
The Amazon communities are always delighted to welcome our guests. You will discover their cuisine, ancestral family traditions, and traditional dances, and enjoy authentic regional dishes. You will also experience the preparation of Amazonian chocolate.
Day 11: Amazonie
We offer a stay in the Amazon with local community members near Puyo, Cuyabeno, or Yasuní. This gives you the opportunity to take part in a variety of activities, share in community rituals and celebrations, and enjoy a unique encounter with the region’s **shaman**.
Day 12: Amazonie Riobamba
Drive to Riobamba, at the foot of the volcanoes. Visit to a local market. Hike to the Chimborazo refuge (6,389 meters).
Our highlight: preparing a meal with an indigenous family.
Day 13: Ingapirca
A scenic drive along the "Devil's Cogwheel Railway." Visit to Ecuador's first Catholic church and quinoa fields. Panoramic lunch followed by a visit to the Inca site of Ingapirca.
Our highlight: a walk on the Qhapaq Ñan, the ancient Inca road.
Day 14: Ingapirca Cuenca
Visit the colonial city. Pumapungo Museum, Huayna Capac archaeological complex. Church of All Saints, Cathedral, and a stroll along one of the four rivers that flow through the beautiful city of Cuenca.
Our highlight: immersion in local traditions. Meet families of Panama hat weavers.
Day 15: Cuenca

Day 16: Cuenca Cajas Guayaquil
Cajas National Park observation, then drive to Guayaquil.
Excursion into the mangroves and visit to a cacao hacienda. Discover the local wildlife (howler monkeys, endemic birds) and experience cacao, as well as the toquilla palm plantations, a plant endemic to Ecuador used to make the famous hat, often called a "Panama," an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Ecuador. Check in to your hotel in Guayaquil and enjoy a seafood dinner in the evening.
Our extra touch: Make your own chocolate bars for a delicious souvenir and enjoy a tasting of tropical fruits and a seafood platter with a tropical cocktail.
Day 17: Pacifique Coast Puerto Lopez
We will travel the magnificent and splendid Route of the Sun/Spondylus: whale watching, diving, surfing, or other water sports. A magical atmosphere awaits you between the beaches and the ocean.

Day 24: Galapagos Guayaquil Europa
Return from the islands at approximately **1:30 PM**. Our guide will welcome you and assist you with your travel arrangements for your return journey later that afternoon. Return flight at **6:30 PM**.
